Dr. Jeffrey Scott Doebler (LSM Festival Band) will conduct the Windiana Concert Band, a professional wind ensemble, in concert on Thursday, Nov. 21, at 7:30pm.

In mid-September, Dr. Paul Morton (LSM Trumpet & Jazz Faculty), along with several faculty and alumni from the School of Music and Performing Arts at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette hosted a free showcase concert titled, “Promenade Musicale.”

Stefanie Fiser Kleven (LSM Counselor: 2007-2008; Dean of Students: 2009-2010 & 2012-2013) has been appointed Children’s Choir Director.

Faith from Arkansas (LSM 2024) recently played The Ash Grove on clarinet for a Sunday worship service at Joy In Christ Lutheran Church. Faith shared, "I loved performing this piece. My home congregation loved it. LSM's free resources are great!!!"

LSM students Thomas and Luke spread the word about LSM by presenting to their home congregation during their adult forum in October 2024.

Kevin Sütterlin, LSM Festival Orchestra Director and Director of Orchestral Activities at Concordia College, will host Concordia’s Honor String Orchestra on Oct. 11-13, 2024.

Chad Fothergill, LSM Cantor and Organ Faculty, will share a recital on Sunday, October 13, at 2:00 PM, at Emanuel Lutheran Church of Fitchburg, MA.
